Kullanım Şartları
1. Taraflar ve Kapsam
Bu Kullanım Şartları, CMS Developer ("Geliştirici") tarafından sunulan CMSIPTV Player uygulaması ("Uygulama") ile cmsiptvplayer.com web sitesinin ("Site") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı yükleyen veya kullanan herkes ("Kullanıcı") bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.
2. Hizmetin Niteliği
Uygulama, kullanıcının kendi temin ettiği Xtream Codes uyumlu hizmetlerdeki medya içeriklerini oynatmaya yarayan bir yazılımdır. Geliştirici hiçbir içerik, kanal, oynatma listesi veya IPTV aboneliği sağlamaz ve satmaz. Ayrıntılar için Yasal Uyarı'yı inceleyiniz.
3. Kullanıcının Yükümlülükleri
- Uygulamayı yalnızca izleme hakkına yasal olarak sahip olduğu içeriklerle kullanmak,
- Telif hakları dahil olmak üzere üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ve yürürlükteki mevzuatı ihlal etmemek,
- Kendi hesap bilgilerinin gizliliğini korumak,
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, kopyalama, değiştirme veya yeniden dağıtma girişiminde bulunmamak.
4. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamanın yazılımı, tasarımı, adı ve logosu Geliştirici'ye aittir. Bu şartlar, Kullanıcı'ya Uygulama'yı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmak üzere devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım izni verir.
5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Kullanıcı'nın bağlandığı hizmet sağlayıcılar Geliştirici'den bağımsızdır. Bu hizmetlerle ilgili her türlü sözleşme, ödeme ve uyuşmazlık Kullanıcı ile ilgili sağlayıcı arasındadır.
6. Garanti Reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Geliştirici; Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya her cihaz ve her içerik biçimiyle uyumlu olacağını garanti etmez.
7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Geliştirici; Uygulamanın kullanımından, kullanılamamasından veya Kullanıcı'nın eklediği içeriklerden doğan doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
8. Ücretlendirme
Uygulama ücretsizdir. Uygulama içinde satın alma veya reklam bulunmamaktadır.
9. Şartlarda Değişiklik
Geliştirici bu şartları güncelleyebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır; önemli değişikliklerde Uygulama içinde yeniden onay istenebilir.
10. Kullanımın Sona Ermesi
Kullanıcı, Uygulamayı cihazından kaldırarak kullanımı dilediği zaman sona erdirebilir. Bu şartların ihlali halinde Geliştirici, Kullanıcı'nın Uygulamayı kullanma iznini sona erdirme hakkını saklı tutar.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz, bulunduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu mevzuatından doğan haklar saklıdır.

Terms of Use
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use govern the use of the CMSIPTV Player application (the "Application") and the cmsiptvplayer.com website (the "Site") provided by CMS Developer (the "Developer"). Anyone who installs or uses the Application (the "User") is deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Nature of the Service
The Application is software for playing media content from Xtream Codes compatible services that the User obtains independently. The Developer does not provide or sell any content, channels, playlists or IPTV subscriptions. Please see the Legal Notice for details.
3. User Obligations
- Use the Application only with content the User is legally entitled to view;
- Not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, or applicable laws;
- Keep their own account details confidential;
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify or redistribute the Application.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application's software, design, name and logo belong to the Developer. These terms grant the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
Service providers the User connects to are independent of the Developer. Any contract, payment or dispute relating to such services is solely between the User and the relevant provider.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is". The Developer does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device and content format.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application or from content added by the User.
8. Fees
The Application is free. It contains no in-app purchases or advertising.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page; the Application may ask for renewed acceptance after material changes.
10. Termination
The User may stop using the Application at any time by removing it from their device. The Developer reserves the right to terminate the User's licence in the event of a breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
