Telif Hakkı Politikası
1. Genel İlke
CMS Developer fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı gösterir. CMSIPTV Player yalnızca bir oynatıcı yazılımdır; hiçbir içerik barındırmaz, depolamaz, yayınlamaz veya dağıtmaz. Bu nedenle kullanıcıların üçüncü taraf sunuculardan oynattığı içerikler üzerinde CMS Developer'ın teknik bir kontrolü bulunmamaktadır.
2. İçerik Kaynaklı İhlaller
Bir içeriğin izinsiz yayınlandığını düşünüyorsanız, bildiriminizi içeriği fiilen barındıran ve yayınlayan hizmet sağlayıcıya veya ilgili barındırma (hosting) şirketine iletmeniz gerekir. İçerik bu taraflarca kaldırıldığında, uygulama üzerinden de erişilemez hale gelir.
3. Bize Bildirim
Uygulamamızın, web sitemizin veya mağaza sayfamızın (ad, logo, görsel, metin) haklarınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız aşağıdaki bilgilerle [email protected] adresine yazınız:
- Hak sahibinin adı ve iletişim bilgileri,
- İhlal edildiği düşünülen eserin tanımı,
- İhlal iddiasına konu materyalin bulunduğu yer (bağlantı, ekran görüntüsü),
- Bildirimin iyi niyetle yapıldığına ve bilgilerin doğru olduğuna dair beyan.
Geçerli bildirimler makul süre içinde incelenir ve gerekli işlem yapılır.
4. Kötüye Kullanım
Uygulamanın telif hakkı ihlali amacıyla kullanılması Kullanım Şartları'na aykırıdır. CMS Developer, uygulamanın yasa dışı amaçlarla tanıtılmasına veya pazarlanmasına izin vermez.
Copyright Policy
1. General Principle
CMS Developer respects intellectual property rights. CMSIPTV Player is player software only; it does not host, store, broadcast or distribute any content. Therefore CMS Developer has no technical control over content that users play from third-party servers.
2. Infringement Related to Content
If you believe that content is being made available without authorization, please send your notice to the service provider that actually hosts and transmits the content, or to its hosting company. Once the content is removed by those parties, it is no longer accessible through the app either.
3. Notices to Us
If you believe our app, website or store listing (name, logo, images, text) infringes your rights, please write to [email protected] with:
- the right holder's name and contact details;
- a description of the work believed to be infringed;
- the location of the allegedly infringing material (link, screenshot);
- a statement that the notice is made in good faith and the information is accurate.
Valid notices are reviewed within a reasonable time and appropriate action is taken.
4. Misuse
Using the app to infringe copyright violates our Terms of Use. CMS Developer does not permit the app to be promoted or marketed for unlawful purposes.
