1. Yalnızca Medya Oynatıcı
CMSIPTV Player ("Uygulama"), CMS Developer tarafından geliştirilen ve yalnızca medya oynatma amacı taşıyan bir yazılımdır. Uygulama herhangi bir televizyon kanalı, film, dizi, canlı yayın, oynatma listesi veya başka bir medya içeriği barındırmaz, sağlamaz, dağıtmaz, satmaz ve bu içeriklere erişim satışına aracılık etmez. Uygulama, indirildiği anda hiçbir içerik veya içerik kaynağı içermez.
2. İçerik Sorumluluğu
Uygulamaya eklenen tüm içerik kaynakları (sunucu adresleri, kullanıcı hesapları ve oynatma listeleri) kullanıcı tarafından, kendi tercihiyle ve üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılardan temin edilir. Bu içeriklerin yasallığı, lisans durumu ve telif haklarına uygunluğu ile ilgili tüm hukuki sorumluluk yalnızca kullanıcıya aittir. Kullanıcı, uygulamayı yalnızca izleme hakkına yasal olarak sahip olduğu içeriklerle kullanmayı kabul eder.
3. Telif Hakları
CMS Developer, telif hakkıyla korunan içeriklerin izinsiz olarak yayınlanmasını, çoğaltılmasını veya izlenmesini hiçbir şekilde desteklemez ve onaylamaz. Telif hakkı ihlaline ilişkin bildirimler için Telif Hakkı Politikası'nı inceleyiniz.
4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
CMS Developer, herhangi bir IPTV hizmet sağlayıcısı ile bağlantılı değildir; bu sağlayıcılarla ortaklık veya iş birliği içinde bulunmaz, hiçbir sağlayıcıyı önermez ve abonelik satmaz. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin içeriği, kalitesi, sürekliliği ve yasallığı konusunda hiçbir garanti vermez.
5. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulmaktadır. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde CMS Developer, uygulamanın kullanımından, kullanılamamasından veya kullanıcı tarafından eklenen içeriklerden doğabilecek doğrudan ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
6. Gizlilik
Giriş bilgileriniz kullandığınız cihazda saklanır. Oynatma listenizi web sitemizdeki üyelik hesabınız üzerinden uzaktan yüklerseniz liste bilgileri, cihazınıza iletilmek üzere sunucumuzda saklanır ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'nı inceleyiniz.
7. Kabul Beyanı
Uygulamanın ilk açılışında ve bu web sitesinde yer alan "Anladım, Kabul Ediyorum" seçeneğini seçerek, bu Yasal Uyarı'yı, Kullanım Şartları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz. 1. Media Player Only
CMSIPTV Player (the "Application") is software developed by CMS Developer solely for the purpose of media playback. The Application does not host, provide, distribute or sell any television channels, movies, series, live streams, playlists or other media content, nor does it act as an intermediary in the sale of access to such content. The Application contains no content or content sources when downloaded.
2. Responsibility for Content
All content sources added to the Application (server addresses, user accounts and playlists) are obtained by the user, at the user's own discretion, from third-party service providers. The user bears sole legal responsibility for the legality, licensing status and copyright compliance of such content. The user agrees to use the Application only with content they are legally entitled to view.
3. Copyright
CMS Developer does not in any way support or endorse the unauthorized broadcasting, reproduction or viewing of copyrighted content. For copyright notices, please see our Copyright Policy.
4. Third-Party Services
CMS Developer is not affiliated with any IPTV service provider; it has no partnership or cooperation with such providers, does not recommend any provider and does not sell subscriptions. It gives no warranty regarding the content, quality, continuity or legality of third-party services.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CMS Developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application, or from content added by the user.
6. Privacy
Your login details are stored on the device you use. If you upload a playlist remotely through your member account on our website, the playlist details are stored on our server in order to deliver them to your device, and are never shared with third parties. 7. Acceptance
By selecting "I Understand and Accept" on the first launch of the Application and on this website, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted this Legal Notice, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.
